POWDER
As producer on the feature film Powder, I led the development and delivery of the company’s slate, managing the project from early concept and financing through production and post. I took full ownership of the project’s structure and execution, securing funding, building realistic timelines, and keeping creative ambition aligned with technical and budgetary constraints. Much of my role mirrored systems and production design work, breaking complex creative goals into executable plans and coordinating a multidisciplinary team across creative, technical, and logistical disciplines.
I hired and managed all Heads of Department, ensuring clear ownership, strong communication, and alignment around shared goals, while working closely with external stakeholders including charities, commercial partners, distributors, and private investors to build long term support for the project. I also created detailed shoot plans and technical documentation for custom set builds and key scenes, translating abstract creative ideas into practical execution under real world constraints. This experience strengthened my ability to design and deliver complex projects holistically, balancing vision, scope, resources, and iteration in a way that directly informs how I approach large scale game development.
